In fall 1999, the LMS USAS established St. Timothy Lutheran Seminary in Wisconsin. This “seminary without walls” is registered with the State of Wisconsin, and its students attend non-LMS Lutheran seminaries while receiving supervision from the LMS USAS seminary board.
