Benchmarking trip
The benchmarking trip was a whirlwind of activity. We had the requisite high tea at a snazzy hotel and attended a slew of conference sessions. Aside from the usual suspects, our guests included Kisii National Polytechnic, Sigalagala National Polytechnic, the Ministry of Education, and Colleges and Institutes of Canada. All were well received by the faculty and staff alike. This was a good time for everyone to catch up and exchange ideas. Our visit to the aforementioned eminences was a memorable one, and we look forward to our next trip. To top it off, we also managed to score a free tour of Humber College in Toronto. This was the first time a team from our home turf had been to such a posh locale.
