Mrs. Allen a lifelong resident of Wichita and is survived by her husband of 58 years, James Allen; son, Curtis (Kim) Allen of Wichita; daughters, Debra (Donny) Chapman and Karen (Ken) Higgins both of Wichita; grandchildren, Cody Higgins, Ayden Higgins and Emma Higgins; great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Chapman and Brayden Higgins.
